Carol Ann Adams is a vibrant, experienced speaker and conference leader who has motivated and trained teachers and early childhood program directors for over thirty years! She is a member of the Texas Baptist Church Weekday Education Association to which her contribution has been invaluable in the professional and personal development of early childhood educators. Carol Ann strives to "carry the light" as she teaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who know Him and to those who may come to know Christ in a personal relationship.
Carol Ann is an experienced early childhood professional who managed a child care program with over 325 children and 50 staff members from 1974-1994. She has led conferences for over three decades in local churches, state and national conventions, local workshops, and school districts. She has written curriculum and articles for Lifeway Christian Resources (Nashville, TN) and Women’s Missionary Union's Mission Friends. Carol Ann taught four years in the Child Development department at Tyler Junior College. She also leads seminars for women's discipleship programs as well as Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS).

Carol Ann is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and holds a degree in Elementary Education. Her background includes teaching in the public schools, leading children's choirs, directing and teaching Sunday School for preschoolers and school-age children, training workers for private and commercial preschool programs, training future teachers/administrators at the college level, and leading seminars for church women's ministries.

She and her husband, Gary, are members of First Baptist Church, Tyler, Texas. They have two married children, three "GRAND daughters", two “GRAND sons” and a menagerie of "GRAND pets."
